So I’m really excited for the full moon this month. Maybe it’s because of all the planetary goodness going on right now. We have the planetary parade (five planets are lined up exactly), mercury retrograde, we just moved into a new sign and now we have the full moon. It could also be that I’m in this intense period of releasing things that no longer serve me and I’m really feeling good about life in general. As many of you know, the full moon is a good time to really work on letting things go and continue to release as the moon wanes. So I decided I would take a full moon ritual bath to enhance this energy for myself.

I’m so excited to be starting the ingredient of the month spotlight. Knowing ingredients and what they are used for is the bread and butter of apothecary. I believe you can make better decisions about what you put in and on your body when you are educated about the ingredients being used in products.
