Pineapple Pork Chops

Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can of diced pineapple
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup soy sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic
6 drops liquid smoke
½ tsp. hot pepper flakes
4 to 6 pork chops

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Pour the pineapple plus juice and all ingredients except pork chops into a sauce pan and bring to a boil stirring to combine.
2. Place the pork chops in a baking dish that has been sprayed with oil, cover them with the pineapple mixture.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until pork is cooked thoroughly.
