I LOVE home fries! The town I currently live in is popular for their garbage plates, which usually includes a mixture of meat, home fries, macaroni salad, and other assorted toppings. The home fries bring everything together. For breakfast they’re pretty good too, although I grew up with real hash browns as my breakfast potato of choice. I love eating home fries though, I just could never figure out a sure, delicious way to enjoy them without destroying my health at the same time. That’s why I took a shot at these babies:
