We use our senses constantly; from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed. Yet we rarely take the time to indulge our senses. When was the last time you stopped to smell a flower? How about the last time you noticed how lovely your city’s skyline is? Or just taking a few extra moments to get lost in how good it feels to massage your scalp while you wash your hair? Many of you are probably having a hard time recalling moments like this in recent memory. We’ve become so preoccupied with our lives. So much so, we’ve forgotten how to live.
Most of you know I make all natural beauty products by now which includes body wash. Though I’ll admit, sometimes I get a little lazy especially after spending all day making products for my apothecary business. I had one (or a few) of those days last month and just couldn’t muster up the energy to make more body wash when I ran out. Suddenly, I remembered the body wash base I’d purchased before I started blending together base ingredients. Eureka!! I was out of making body wash and there was so much of it that I wouldn’t have to make more for a while. All good right?
