Singapore-based startup Pass It On is hoping to contribute 250,000 trees to restoration projects in West Bali by the end of this year through sales of its plantable candles and helping reforestation efforts in Bali at the same time.
Pass It On candles – which are made from100% soy wax and free of any dyes, parabens, paraffin or phthalates – pay tribute to iconic travel destinations that are endangered due to climate change.
They include The Amazon which features a goj berry and Tarocco blood orange scent; The Alps with its wildflower scent of freesia and English pear; The Great Barrier Reef featuring wood sage and sea salt; and The Taj Mahal with its white tea and ginger fragrance.
