Hwyl Llandeilo Lit Fest Programme Update

The programme of the Llandeilo Lit Fest – or Hwyl Llen Llandeilo in Welsh – is taking shape.To keep you up-to-date about the exciting programme, here are some highlights from our planned schedule and pictures of our participants. image001-1

Several venues around town have been hired for April 27th – 30th 2017 for a three day festival, with events ranging from writing work shops, poetry readings, author panels, readings, a book treasure hunt, a book fair and music events to round up the programme.

Highlights of the festival programme so far include

local artist and celebrity Kate Glanville meets Brenda Squires, winner of the Romantic Novelists Association’s New Writers Award to compare notes about their acclaimed novels
Local writer Sally Spedding meets Thorne Moore and Cheryl Reese-Price to talk about their dark Welsh thrillers
