You may start the week off with a desire to retreat from the world. By taking space and solitude now you will be ready to deal with what is coming later in the week, If you are seeking answer they will be found within you not in a book or on the internet. You are better to seek inner wisdom and go with what feels right. The theme of trying to find time for yourself and to avoid confrontations will occupy at least the first 3 days of this week. When you do finally have to deal with people be prepared to take a stand for what you believe in. You may be forced to ask yourself what you truly believe. If you are confident in your perspective then do not back down. You need to remind yourself that however things are now, they definitely will not stay the same forever. No matter what comes center yourself so that you can stay calm and make good decisions when your world seems like it is spinning out of control. It may sound counter-intuitive to remind you at the end of the week to not take on too much responsibility that you begin to feel overburdened or resentful. Because you may find yourself feeling compassion and a desire to help someone with a problem do not let it become your problem. Listen to your inner guidance and know when to step back so as to avoid being overburdened when all you really want is peace and quiet.
This week may be a bit stressful for you, but if you remember to listen to your inner voice it will see you through controversy, confrontations, and shaken beliefs.
