Greetings!  Louisa Lolly and I just pulled the wheat bread out of the oven.  That’s the thing about being under quarantine — ya think of inventive things to do to keep you busy!  When the family announced, “My stars, there is no bread at the grocery store!”  I said, “go buy me yeast packets.”  While baking the first batch, my oldest son said, “Gee, I haven’t seen you make bread this way in over twenty years.”  He smiled and pitched in  (he worked at Panera when he was a teen).  Sometimes interim jobs we think will never be of any great use serve us well later!

Lolly and Silver are busy during the quarantine!  Today, they made wheat bread together!
