Card of the Day – 10 of Swords – Friday, February 22, 2019

By most people’s standards, the 10 of Swords is not the most desirable card in the deck. However, considering how I have been feeling, this one deserves a positive spin. This is the card of hitting rock bottom, and having nowhere to go but up, of betrayal, feeling stabbed in the back, stressed, and even good old back pain itself. The last one would be me in recent days, and I want to thank all of you for your well wishes. Eventually I will be able to sit up long enough to answer messages.

So, in a positive light, the 10 of Swords is a card of recovery. Sometimes we need to seek alternative methods to heal ourselves of our pain, and there are times when the stresses merely seem to diminish and gradually lift. When we see this card, it is rather like the prelude to the Sun, which…
