MoonReader App

MoonReader is a free app for iPhone users that gives you the moon void of course start dates and end dates, which can be tailored depending on where you are based in the world.

A useful app for magic users, MoonReader displays vital information – including the full moon, new moon and moon ingress for each month – in a simple format with all the key dates and times.

For those who require additional information, clicking on each significant date takes you to a different page within the app where you will find an astrological map of the moon’s placement, charting each stage of the moon.

MoonReader uses a basic interface with large font lettering set within a bright-green template-style design. It charts key dates only for the month in a list format that may not be as easy to read for some users as other Moon-reading apps such as Phases of the Moon, which displays information in a traditional monthly calendar layout.

MoonReader may not be “bells and whistles” when it comes to visually appealing and hi-tech Moon-reading apps, but it’s faultless in its practicality and the information it provides. What’s particularly useful is that you can set the MoonReader app to send notifications to your cell phone to alert you of the moon void of course start and end times on the dot.
