This appears to be a very crucial time for you. The choices you make will indeed have a long-term effect that you can not yet see. Ok, turn around for one last look. At one time, it certainly seemed like the perfect life. The question is, does it still suit you? I highly doubt it.
Some of you out there are experiencing a complete overhaul in how you lead your life. For others, the issues may be confined to one particular aspect, but they have been stressful nonetheless. So, here you are preparing to move on, pretty much into unknown territory. This new chapter holds many things to be discovered. Just be sure not to bring all of the baggage from your past along for the trip.
