What an awesome card to have today! The timing is perfect on several levels. First, let us mention the whole Mercury retrograde thing. The Chariot is often associated with your actual vehicle which you use for transportation. It is not the time to purchase a vehicle, whether new or used. It is, however, time to contact your regular mechanic for a routine checkup and an oil change. Maintenance during a retrograde period is a great preventative measure. Also, this is not a time for unplanned trips. Allow yourself more time to arrive at your destination safely, as Mercury and accidents are often used in the same sentence.

To what are you about to give birth? You have beginnings all tied up in here as you see certain long-term projects finally coming to fruition. A feeling of abundance can definitely be felt as you come to realize how much you have survived and that you are approaching the beginning of the next chapter.
Remember, when it comes to new things, you will neeed a little patience. Jupiter goes direct May 9. Mercury goes direct May 22, and Mars on June 29. The second half of June holds great promise to really begin to see the abundance of this card manifest itself in your outer world.

This particular rendition of the 4 of Pentacles gives me the opposite feel of the regular ones. Our guy here appears to be coughing up his coins. This can be an awesome time for you as you finally seem to be able to let go of some things which were certainly bringing anguish to your life, just as coins would be likely to do if you swallowed them.
It would seem that, at one time, you really cherished this thing, person, situation, of which you arefinally letting go. Oh, what progress you have made! Take advantage of the current energy of Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, Pluto and Mercury in retrograde; this hasn’t happened in a very long time. The Universe is asking you to clean up the past, so it can then catapultyou into the future, just like a slingshot.

We do not see this card very often, so its appearance today shows me you are feeling very good about yourself. You have achieved some form of a victory along your path; indeed success is yours. Recent events in your life seem to serve to bolster your self confidence, especially after a difficult time struggling with a particular situation.
Keep your focus forward; there has been a great deal of progress made. Mercury retrogrades today in the sign of Taurus, but this will not impede you, it is here to help. You definitely deserve a pat on theback for your accomplishments thus far. If there is no one around to do it for you, then praise yourself for all that you have managed to do, for a new path, actually, a whole new beginning, is about to open up for you.
