Card of the Day – 9 of Wands – Saturday, March 26, 2016

Every time I see this card, one of two songs, if not both starts playing in my head… ‘Eye of the Tiger‘ from the Rocky franchise, and ‘I’m Still Standing‘ by Elton John. They really sum up this card in a nutshell.

The Universe and life can knock you down and bring you to your knees, but you manage to get back up again through courage and determination. What you need to remember, at this point, is that you have survived the hardest part. You will need to spend the next several months working things out, but you should no longer feel as though you are walking on eggshells. You’re still standing and don’t you ever forget it!
