12509105_824396907682110_560383306023336219_nAfter the hot debate last night about Ben’s eyebrows (I was bored on a Friday night, probably better not to ask), I was almost hesitant to post anything more about Imitation & Alchemy today. BUT I DID.

So, here’s the next chapter.

A few notes:

  • If you head over to Eyebrow Debate 2016, you’ll see that there’s an ARC (Advance Readers Copy) contest going on until Sunday night. Details at the link. It’s an e-ARC, so it’s open to international readers.
  • I don’t have a release date for Imitation & Alchemy yet. I’m not doing a preorder. I finished last month and sent it off to the editors, so you’ll get it when they’re finished. If you’ve signed up for the newsletter, you’ll be sure to get an email as soon as it’s available.

Imitation & Alchemy - 3DHappy New Year, everyone!

It’s been one of those weekends for me. Nice, but busy. Hence the delay in the next chapter of Imitation & Alchemy. Sometimes you need to post on your website, and other times you need to watch Lord of the Rings with your ten-year-old and put Legos together.

I hope you enjoy Chapter Seven! Things are definitely heating up in Italy, even if they’re pretty darn cold in California.

I’ll be posting on Tuesday about a fantastic new contemporary fantasy that’s available for pre-order now. I had the opportunity to read it over the holidays, and I can’t wait to tell you more about it.

From Chapter Seven…

“They can’t see us together,” he said. “Ruby, they’re from Naples.”

“Got it.”

We’ve had a quiet holiday around Casa de Hunter this year. Spent lots of time with family and friends and exchanged some pretty amazing gifts. (My son got a BB-8 droid. I am tempted to steal it.)

I hope you’ve had a great holiday weekend so far. Your new chapter of Imitation & Alchemy is up now. Only three more chapters to go! I had a blast writing this novella; I hope you’ve had as much fun reading it.Imitation & Alchemy - 3D

Enjoy! I’ll have a couple more posts next week. Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

All the best, Elizabeth

A very special holiday short story for readers of the Irin Chronicles.

Join Ava, Malachi, and their friends for Midwinter holidays in Prague. The Irin might not celebrate Christmas, but that doesn’t mean Ava has to give up on the holidays. But will lingering doubts and worries about fatherhood let Malachi celebrate the way he wants?

On a Clear Winter Night is a short story set after the first three books of the Irin Chronicles.

The story…
