It is time to start getting to the roots of your worry. There is something you have been pushing down or trying to ignore, but it is not working anymore. Your worries creep in when you are trying to sleep, disrupt your appetite, and create a cacophony of noise in your mind. Sometimes not dealing with a situation in the light of day gives it the power to haunt your nights. Time to face off with whatever it is. Write it down. Then look for ways to solve your problem or choose to let it go. Facing it and making a decision about the situation brings it to a much swifter conclusion.
