Today’s Challenge:  Our challenge today is a mental release.  Rock Ritual.  Choose a rock from outside.  Sit quietly, then begin rocking back and forth (if this is comfortable).  Close your eyes.  Push all of your pain, fear, anger, unhappiness, and irritation into the rock.  It is okay to cry.  When you feel a sense of calm wash over you, open your eyes, and take a deep breath.
