How to Plant Bare-Root Roses

If you are in Zone 4 this information on planting rose apply:
Dormant roses may be planted between April 10 and May 15…….Potted roses should show good growth and may be planted from May 15 throughout the growing season.”
I know it is early in some places to be thinking about planting roses, such as here in Michigan. But in milder climates it is time to think roses.
