Thank the Heavens for Coconut Oil

You can’t walk into any store now without being able to find coconut oil. This oil has seen such an increase in interest which is a far cry from when I first discovered coconut oil and could only purchase it online or at whole foods. But hey, I’m not complaining especially now that I can find tubs of coconut oil at Sam’s Club and Costco. And for good reason; coconut oil has a long list of benefits.
