I am reclined, and relaxed on my bed. I try not to sit in bad posture, my Gran always tried to get me to keep my posture straight for my own good, bless. I keep it straight when meditating.

My gram taught me to walk and sit with a book on my head which meant if I slouched it would fall off so I learned to sit with back straight.
